OK... Who Had The Worst Rug\Dye Job On MTP Today ???
Ken Duberstein, or Hamilton Jordan?

And why are powerful men, of EITHER party, so pathetically vain?

Discuss.

1. I was thinking the same thing
Hamilton Jordan looks awful- what happened to him? And Duberstein had quite the rug on too. Tip boys, age gracefully- it works a whole lot better- I don;t like the way women look when they try too hard either.

2. Hamilton Jordan
hands down. Not just bad, but black! He should be completely gray by now. That kind of thing just makes me wonder about the intelligence of the person wearing it. But I know Jordann is a bright man. So it is confusing. Maybe he's had recent chemo or something and just has a bad wig.

No caucasian man over 25 has hair THAT black.

4. Hahaha!
I was trying to think of a way to ask the same thing.

Whew, man or woman . . . there comes a time to put away the boot black.

Dark hair into our eighties runs in my family, but no way is it uniformly shoe polish black.

There are all shades of brown and a few threads of gray for authenticity.

As to your question, Jordan's was the least flattering, but the other guy's rug sat on top of his head like a cap.

Yikes.

7. HA! I was ashamed that I noticed this almost more
than what they had to say.

There's vanity and there's vanity. Nothing wrong with taking pains with your grooming and putting yourself together, and maintaining a nice haircut—even if there's little on top to work with.

But I think toupeés should be banned, period. They fool no one and make the wearer look like a fool. IMO

8. Off topic:
Surfed me some Duberstein. Found this:

The Alfalfa Club could have something to do with hair...

Alfalfa Club
ORGANIZATION

An exclusive Washington, D.C. club for the rich and powerful, founded in 1913. Its sole purpose is to hold an annual banquet each January to honor the birthday of General Robert E. Lee. There are approximately 200 members. Each member is eligible to bring up to two guests to the $185-a-plate dinner. The club always serves filet mignon and lobster.

No press coverage is allowed inside the banquet hall and the proceedings are ostensibly secret, but the Washington newspapers always seem to get a fairly detailed blow-by-blow description anyway. Regardless, the congenial atmosphere lends itself to politically-incorrect humor. In essence the event is just another roast, providing one more showcase for Washington bigwigs to unveil their professionally-written jokes.
