I have felt like I have the flu for the past ten days or so. Nausea, vomiting, headaches, the works. It comes and goes. One RW acquaintance said to me the other day, "you just worry too much about politics."

Please. Like everyone else here, I care deeply about our country. What happens in it and to it matters to me. Patrick Fitzgerald was the only public official to come before the cameras in MONTHS who didn't make me want to throw up.

Now. . . I feel ill again. . . knowing a new SCOTUS nominee is about to be thrust into our midst. . . probably at breakfast time tomorrow. :sigh:

The rat bastard's administration is smack in the middle of a criminal investigation (with one top adviser ALREADY indicted) and HE is ALLOWED to nominate someone for a lifetime appointment to the SCOTUS? WTF? The SOB hasn't EARNED that privilege! Am I the only one aggravated over this?
