Pick your poster child for short-sighted incompetence.

Michael Brown - A disaster in charge of disaster relief. ("Hold my calls, I'll have the fillet")

Harriet Meirs - Needed a spell check to spell Constitution.

Karen Hughes - Mrs. Cleaver explains the world as we know it...

Condi 1 and Condi 2 - Hey! The cold war is over. We won. Get a Gameboy for further global conquests.

Rumsfeld - OBL is shy? We're winning because we're on #2's trail? Now there's some astute assessments. Thanks for your service here, and in the north and to the east and to the west and over there...

Homeland Security - had a good beat, but most of the expected provisions have not been met. The money's been spent, though.

FEMA - Eh, that would be beating a dead horse.

Iraq - Uh oh. The elephant in the front room. Is there a snazzy phrase that could possibly make this a success? Nah.

Cheney - The Bunker VP. Heard he made a few visits to the CIA, but otherwise is incommunicado.

Bush - Someone, somewhere told this guy he's in charge. I think that's a crime.

There's plenty more, I'm sure....

A billion here
A billion there
A billion everywhere

We don't care....
As long as it's in OUR snare.
