2. Very good site!
for sharing that!

They have Nelson in Florida as "safe". That's the only one on the Democratic side I was curious about.. If he runs against Harris, I think he will win - - - but what if Jeb (who's term ends in '06) decides to run against him?

Hopefully he won't.. but for some reason or another, the guy seems to be popular in the Sunshine state..

6. You're welcome. Lots of quick reference stuff.
It's like sticky-notes on Repub bad behavior. Check out Montana Senator Burns. What a racist!

3. Good news.

With $6.5 million in the bank, Florida's Bill Nelson is also sitting pretty; he topped the $2 million mark in the recent quarter as
Katherine Harris failed to break 7 digits. Since July 1st -- and
without a decent Republican in sight

Harris is going down in flames. Her own party has abandoned her. I love it.

4. Hey lpbk2713...
Do you happen to know what the deadline is for people to file for that U.S. Senate seat?

I have a ton of family members who live down in Florida.. but they must be the exception rather than the rule -- because they hate Jeb Bush. Out of curiosity, do you think he'll wind up running against Nelson?

I sure hope not! Not that I'm crazy about Nelson.. but we need to hold onto that seat!!

10. I did a Google search with no results.

Or, I should say with too many results. I couldn't refine the search well enough to find the info we needed on filing deadlines.

You make a good point. It wouldn't surprise me to see the simian brother run for the senate seat just to keep hom in the limelight until 2008.

9. That info is important. We need to be organizing a children's
crusade for 2006--college students taking a year out, spending the summer and fall moving to swing states and working part-time jobs to support political work.
