Rita is more shrill, but Ann is louder. Ann's voice could take the place of a fire drill bell. Rita sounds like a mouse.

I hate them both, but Ann's voice is both louder and more repugnant.

Seriously, though, Mann Coulter-geist. She's more shrill than Gilbert Gottfreid and Fran Drescher combined to the tenth power. Not to mention that small children are largely more coherent than either of them...

I cannot hear one word come out of Rita's mouth without getting chills, it's worse than fingernails on a chalkboard! she needs a voice coach!
