In the Roberts situation, I felt it was a wash for Rehnquist. While I don't consider O'Connor even a moderate (she voted to destroy this country by installing this poser and then bragged about it), if others do and see Alito as the wacko wingnut he is, so much the better.

This time I hope Harry looks serious at the nuclear option. As this regime continues to dig itself into deeper and deeper messes and troubles with its own base, this strategy looks better and better for our side.
