I'm guessing he is one of those who thinks the idea is "legal fiction" or that the First Amendment was created to enable the Christian Nation our Christian forefathers were ordained by God to establish.
Has he issued any opinions on the Establishment Clause?

Separating Church and State is as ridiculous as separating Wealth and Power. Each makes the other so much more effective. :grr:
on edit: He supported a law requiring father's notification before abortion. He suppported govt-sponsored religious displays.
