They're teasing this one for all it's worth, have had 2 commercials and now they're on to another story, you may be home before he comes on.

Concerned that the right wing is ectatically happy. Will he mainstream. Record must be looked at. Won't commit on a fillabuster, but hasn't ruled it out. Avg time to get to hearings is 2 months. Then he told Wolf he's a kool-aid drinking fool.

won't automatically vote against Alito but concerned ...
nominated because of bush's weakness ...
serious questions about this nominee ...
no question about his intellect ... he's able and he's gifted ...
need to determine if he's in the mainstream on many issues ...
i don't hear any talk about a filabuster ...
