I don't think the nomination of Scalito is going to be a popular one with the American people.

It's well-known that Americans support choice in large numbers, and today, his first day as a nominee, all the talk about him centers on the abortion issue. I think Americans may see his nomination as the final nail in the coffin of Roe, and I don't think they're going to take that lying down.

It's different from Roberts, because Roberts had no abortion-opinion paper trail. This guy Alito has one in spades.

My POINT was that ALL were pretty much useless--not that any was more meaningful than any other. Perhaps I just did not explain myself very well.
