Howard Dean didn't even ask Tweety where he got the "dirt sheet"! |
|
There is NO SIGNATURE on it. Allegedly, it was released 17 minutes after the SCOTUS nomination. WTF is wrong with everyone? Accountablility is key. IMO, no member of the Dem. party would issue something like that without their name on it. What gives?
I guarantee you all...that "dirt sheet" will be on his website before long and the BS will keep spinning and spinning until we are buried by it. We had a golden opportunity to call him on his "yellow journalism"! We did not. I don't know what to say.
This is just too much. I can't believe the lack of backbone. It's heartbreaking. I give up. Nothing to see here...move along...
Peace.

6. Wouldn't be surprised. |
|
Rove likes to take a weakness (here, losing a big case) and neutralize it. Hence, turning it into a discussion about ethnicity distracts from the real issue, i.e., Alito lost a big case against presumed "bad guys."

7. Who is REALLY responsible for the "Mob Report?" Does anyone know a |

Democrat who would release this without "back up" to allow both Blitzer and Tweety to RAIL ON AND ON AND ON And ON About it?
It's definitely a RIGHT WING PLOY.....

2. I was very disappointed when Howard Dean didn't |
|
make a bigger deal about the "dirt sheet". Hell, he even said it didn't come from him.
If some Dem staffer was this stupid, he/she should be kneecapped.
I haven't tuned into Tweety's show for ages, but I did this afternoon, hoping and praying that the good Dr. would smack him.
Once again, Tweety wins the "spin game".

Where was her upperdown vote? I didn't watch, but right now it is much more important to lay the groundwork on fillibuster and rejecting Alito. If that's what Dean did, then he's on message and good for him.

5. Yes, actually the whole segment left |
|
a really bad taste in my mouth.
I honestly belived Howard Dean was different from the rest. Guess not.
I think what we Democrats have to realize is that if Jesus Christ himself was Chairman of the Democratic Party and said he was pro-choice, the right wing fundies in this country would still have problems with it.

|
over the coals just BECAUSE Dean was so savy and sophisticated he moved the discussion from "Choice" to "Mob Involvement."
It was a BRILLIANT DEAN MOVE! Incredible! The sophistication!

I say good for him...it involves so many issues. And a Kos diary just proves Tweety pulled a fast one. http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2005/10/31/224929/21

18. Oh dear God, I must have taken a stupid pill this |
|
morning.
I should have gone with my first instinct and stayed with it. When I first became aware of this BS earlier this afternoon I figured that Tweety had gone completely bonkers.
However, my curiosity got the better of me and breaking my own rule, I tuned into his POS show on MSGOP at 4:00 pm CDT. I had been listening to all the spin from the Pukes all day long and my brain must have gotten corrupted from listening to their BS.
I fell for it; hook, line and sinker. I'm gonna go slap myself now and I'll never believe another word that comes from Tweety's twisted mouth.
Gee, I wonder if Tweety said a good Act of Contrition tonight before he went to sleep. He should have, God doesn't like liars.

I also watched Dean on Tweety and when Tweety asked him about "the dirt sheet", Dean didn't refute it. I'll read KOS. Hopefully it'll cheer me up.
Peace.
