Six professional football teams and several colleges have fired their head coaches after miserable, losing seasons.

The United States could profit by their example.



Inescapably simple logic that seems to elude those in power....just thought I'd bring it up!

Sadly, I can't help with that process--I know jack about most pro sports except for tennis.

2. Sadly , my Minnesota Golden Gophers didn't follow suit
Glen Mason has a 29-43 record in the Big Ten over his nine years in Minneapolis. Saturday, he was rewarded for this abysmal record by receiving a 5 year contract extension. Very similar to the American public re-electing Dubya after 4 years of inept leadership.
