Scanlon's Plea Agreement and the FACTUAL BASIS for his plea

This is a 19 page PDF file. The Factual Basis for his plea, i.e., what Scanlon has agreed to give up, helps flesh out some of what Abramoff will give up.

Page 13 of the PDF is the start of the "Corruption of Public Officals" portion of his factual basis. Included trips to Marianas Islands, golf trips to Scotland, campaign contributions and free meals at a restaurant owned by "Lobbyist A" (Abramoff).
