Who is Alice Fisher
Edited on Wed Jan-04-06 11:25 AM by erpowers
I never trusted the Bush Justice Department. Yesterday I posted that I was worried that this Justice Department might try to implicate Democrats in this scandal even if they had nothing to do with the scandal. Today I clicked on a link for firedoglake and later found a link concerning Alcie Fisher. In case you do not know who Alice Fisher is she is the woman seeming to lead the case against Jack Abramoff. I just found out that Alice Fisher has ties to Tom Delay. Also, Fisher has little or no trial experience and according to Patrick leahy she never Prosecuted a case. This makes me believe that she may try to get Tom Delay out of trouble. Everyone should go to firedoglake and look up the article about Alice Fisher. I think we should point this out to the media and hope they give some oversight to this case so she cannot let Delay off the hook. Lets get the word out.

3. She also has ties to Fristie!!!
The political reporters are all over her ass--she's boxed in, I think. This was another "too clever by half" appointment. She makes Katherine Harris look nonpartisan!

4. She is the head
of the criminal division, but it is highly unlikely she is attending to all the details of the JA case. I question who has the say on the plea deals--I suspect that that is above her--say Alberto or higher. So, she may just be another cog in the greasy wheel.

6. The Super Bowl of Prosecutions
and a rookie quarterback is starting; Imagine that because Senator Leahy is correct; Alice Fisher has never ever prosecutd a case before now, one of the biggest scandals ever in Washington. I wonder if she'll shave some points by only questioning Jack off Abramhoff about little piss-ants like congressman Ney, and not anything about Delay or Hastert...especially Hastert who calls all the House plays for Bugsy to run.
