Capricorn Profile by Astronet
Capricorn is the leader of the Earth signs. Here is a stabilizing force, one of the hardest-working signs of the Zodiac. The Mountain Goat has intense powers of self-concentration, but not in an egotistical sense. Members of this sign find a great deal more confidence what they do than in who they are. Earth hangs tough when it comes to stabilization, so achievement provides that stability and structure. Capricorn is one very high-achiever! Without balance, however, Capricorn can become too rigid -- as in the tall palm tree, falling to the ground, under heavy wind-gusts. To be able to move with the winds of change, the Mountain Goat must bend and flex a little bit! That makes life much easier. Capricorn can also focus too much on achievement. Then they forget the little joys in life. When the Goat finally relaxes and enjoys life, his or her most delightful secrets emerge. No one has a better sense of humor than the Capricorn. Oh, that Cap might let us bask in that warm smile! :-)

that onions will be pleasant on Saturdays when there is a full moon. And sometimes tulips are dejected at the time of fowl.

but certainly more tolerable than the scenario being shoved down our throats by some around here.
BTW, who does your psychic like for the Super Bowl? Maybe it's not too late to place a bet

17. I hope you didn't have to pay for that reading. |

We'll do okay but this is going to be a long dragged out fight.
The big guns are now trained on Kerry--some of the stories being circulated against him had to come from super-market weeklies--and his supporters aren't making many new friends. Apparently they have a whole lot of resentment stored up, and have been just waiting to dump it on the Dean and Clark supporters because we were "dismissive" of them up until Iowa.
Maybeso, but with Dean's money and organization problems, and Edwards weakness we may wind up the last viable campaign in the field.
Now, even if the other candidates have delegates in their pockets they can only suggest who the delegates vote for if they drop out. So even if Dean and Edwards endorse Kerry it won't do him any good in the delegate count, and it will lower the number of available delegates he could get.
Soooooo...
Even if Clark is left all on his own, as long as Kerry doesn't win the required number of delegate votes, we can keep on keeping on for as long as it takes. Superdelegates, by the way, can't be counted as real votes because they cannot be compelled to follow through on their pledges. The only votes that any candidate can claim are those won in a primary or a caucus.
The longer the campaign lasts, the less likely anyone will win before the convention.
And then the fun starts for real.
My prediction? If we get to the convention, Clark wins the nomination.
If Kerry can't beat a newbie non-politician in the rarified air of the democratic primaries, just what chance would he have against Bush. Just getting that far would be a win for Clark, and that will be an argument that can sway a lot of votes/
