How to Exhume an Election |
|
As the "Wild Card Candidate for Senate from Pennsylvania" I am working on protecting our votes. On my site GEdwardCook.com you will find "How to Exhume an Election" and "Protect Our Vote" without a paper trail.
How to Exhume an Election by G. Edward Cook
We think of an election without a paper trail as an election that cannot be checked or recounted. This is not true, people involved in changing an election are not in the clear. We can exhume an election!
We must look at the election from the smallest point, each polling station. There are five things we know about an election: 1. The total number of registered voters in a prescient. 2. The total number of voters that voted in the election. 3. The names and addresses of all the voters. 4. The official vote count after all votes are counted. 5. The expected results from polls. The first item, the total registered voters is only important if someone is voting for another person. This will show up as we exhume the election.
The second item, the total number of people that voted gives us the total number of votes. If the total vote count exceeds the total number of voters we know something is wrong. If a voting machine is set up to "FLIP" the votes the total number of votes will come out correct, however, this will show up when we exhume the election. This is the easiest item to detect.
The third item "The names and addresses of those who voted in the election" is the most important item in exhuming an election. The names, addresses and signatures are public record so we may make a list of all that voted. This will become our paper trail. We will come back to this.
The fourth item, the official vote count, gives us numbers we can PROVE wrong. We can see if the total numbers exceed the total vote count now and after we exhume the election.
The fifth item, exit polls, shows us where to look. If exit polls are wrong it doesn't prove and election has been tampered with but it tells us where to look and what to look for. When we exhume and election we will have legal proof of an incorrect election count.
Before we start we must pick our targets. A great election to exhume would be the 2005 Ohio Election. We know questions on the ballot about voting machines were expected to pass 60 to 30 and they failed 60 to 30%. We do not have to exhume the entire election but only enough to prove the election is wrong. We could pick a precinct with a low voter turn out. Say we pick a precinct where there was 100 voters and the official vote count on a question was 60 no and 30 yes with 10 voters not voting on this question. . We send a team to the precinct to make a list of all 100 voters names and addresses. We take this list and print out 100 Affidavit Ballots. An Affidavit ballot is an affidavit with voters name and address stating "I (voters name and address) do solemnly swear I voted as stated below on the (date and location of election)". We then add the questions or candidates we want to question and a place to sign and a place for a witness to sign.
Armed with our affidavit ballot we send out a team to find the voters and have them sign the ballots. We DO NOT NEED 100 BALLOTS! If we look at the official vote count we see 60 voted no, 30 voted yes and 10 did not vote on the questions. All we need is 31 voters stating they voted yes and we have proof the yes votes are low and wrong. An affidavit is legal proof. Once we have a total of 41 affidavits stating the voters voted yes or did not vote on this question we prove the 60 no votes are impossible as 41 plus 60 equal 101 and there are only 100 voters. Every additional affidavit we collect would be another "Nail in the Coffin". We can Take Back America.
