Just keep circulating this picture to anyone and everyone you know in Pennsylvania. Voting for Swann means you want a figurehead like Ahr-nuld who has no clue how to run a large state government and is basically sucking up to the Bush administration.

Edit note: I'm looking for the link but Swann said that he would be better able to address the issues of African-Americans in Pennsylvania. Just how many black people are standing there behind that photo of Bush & Swann?

Swann is just another rich athlete that sold his heritage out for money. He no more represents African-Americans than I, a white girl.

3. He's got to get past Bill Scranton
and that'll be a tough race.

If anything, I think Rendell has a better chance of defeating Swann then he does with Bill Scranton.

7. It's the Reagan syndrome
Find someone with name recognition to run for an office they are highly unqualified to hold. Then after they win they'll appoint the people you want to actually be running the office while the governor (or president) does all the photo-ops.

Hell, that's all that George Bush is. I mean, Dick Cheney is just too mean & orny to get elected president so he get's a Bush on the ticket and makes himself VP so he can do the job from an undisclosed location

:grr:
