So can I file on FOIA request for any filesl bushco has
created on me - FBI, NSA, IRS, etc? If so - what would happen if a million or more folks filed such a request (not all for salin, but each for his/herself)?

3. I am inspired by Dean's submission of 160,000 FOIA requests
into bush's rationale for NSA domestic fisa-less spying. Occurred to me that the impact of as many, or more, personal FOIA requests could be quite interesting.
