The corporate media is slowly rationalizing Bush's illegal spying....
The latest rationale was on the Chris Matthews show this morning. They seemed to be searching for any reason to explain that Bush was correct in his spying. After all, he's protecting our country from the terrorists.

But this was only the latest incident. It has happened a few times over the last few days, and not just on FOX. How do you rationalize illegal activities? Just watch the corporate media.

1. "After all, he's protecting our country from the terrorists."

I sleep well at night knowing * is doing everything OUTSIDE his power to protect me.

5. I've said it before--they only spy on terrorists and those who give
aid and comfort to the enemy....
among whom are Kerry, Dean, Feingold, Cindy Sheehan, Medea Benjamin, Michael Moore, Brad Pitt, the Dixie Chicks, the Campfire Girls, and my dog Gus.

4. Right now, Bush and his store bought media have it their own way
in 3 weeks as Congress gets back in session, and after the FISC members get a chance to hear Bush's BS things will not be the same.

6. MSM just Bu$h ass kissers
Matthews et al. are nothing more then Bu$h lackeys and rethug ass kissers. Whose surprised that they are tripping over themselves to cover for monkeyboy and his criminal gang. This is the same group of (sic) journalists that made names for themselves in the late 90's by demanding the TRUTH about Billy's sex scandal. Hypocrites and traitors the whole bunch not fit to be slaves.
