These weapons stockpiles are the same ones that the Iraqis are stealing to make bombs to KILL American soldiers.
They have huge weapons cache that need to be eliminated to keep the Iraqis from using against US troops and Kerry votes against money to dispose of them.

the money shifting from low priorities to weapons and bomb disposal means that Halliburton & Bechtel would have less money and at the same time, since the Army has their own weapons & bomb disposal teams(EOD), the money would shift to the Armed Forces.

In short, he voted against the money being shifted from private to government/state expenses.

Yes I am that cynical and mean spirited to know what the hell is going on.
