As reported in the Wall Street Journal's Washington Wire, "Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, one of the 'gang of 14' who sits on Judiciary, joined a so-called moot court session at the White House." While I thought this was par for the course given the Bush administration's slimy reputation, others were pretty upset. It does raise the question of what these hearings are all about.

But, there is plenty to learn during the hearings. We wondered what Judge Alito might be hiding under his robes and found some troubling insight. We can only hope the Judiciary Committee asks some pointed questions.
