CNN analysits are blasting it, but it seems Kennedy sees something in the letters from Alito or something. do you guys think alito is tied to " the movement" with the Princeton alumni group.

for the committee to subpoena the records of that group to see whether Alito was a member. Spector was not pleased, and has moved on to Grassley, who is not kissing Alito's ass....

Hopefully Kennedy will back up his threat with some action.

to this, which Specter denies receiving. However, that certainly shut Specter up. Before Kennedy brought up that point, Specter was trying to make a big deal about how this was the first he had heard of the CAP issue. Kennedy busted his chops.
