I was checking out Skype Journal today and found a list of questions that someone should ask Alito. They're all related to Internet, telephone, and general communications laws. The post was by someone named Phil Wolff.

9. Coyprights vs. fair use
10. Network neutrality and common carrier status
11. Monopoly power and antitrust regulation
I know it's not as hot-button as abortion or privacy, but they're very important nonetheless. So, anyone reading this from the Judiciary Committee staff, please let one of the Dem Senators know that they should be asking these questions!
