He just gave Alito a total pass, saying that since there was absolutely NO MENTION of Alito in any CAP documents, that it means he is off the hook. To me, it means just the opposite. It means Alito lied and padded his resume. I just sent this to Toobin...

Dear Mr. Toobin;

I am utterly dismayed at your reaction this morning to the failure to find any mention of Samuel Alito in the Princeton CAP documents. Here is a very, very serious question I, for one, would like to see a legal scholar address: If Samuel Alito does not appear in any CAP documents, doesn't it stand to reason that his resume presented to the Reagan administration was padded with false information? Information of a particularly vile nature, which must be addressed! Why would a man list a racist, misogynist organization as a QUALIFICATION for a particular job, especially if it appears he never even belonged to the organization? Isn't this a very serious breach of trust, and possibly actionable? In any job I've heard of, such is grounds for firing. Please address this point. Please. America deserves an answer as to why this man deserves a pass for conduct which would cost most of us our livelihoods.
