RICO and the Republican Party
Are there any DU Lawyers/Prosecutors who would know if the current corruption in the Republican party is high enough to meet the standards for a RICO prosecution.

I see that in my dreams and it makes me happy.

I can always hope can't I please please please tell me the Justice Department can and should RICO them as an ongoing criminal enterprise

1. not a lawyer but RICO can only be invoked
via an interstate commerce connection.

Of course a telephone call from one state to another has been enough to convict in the past, as well as carrying business records across state lines (i.e., on a flight, in your briefcase on the way to a meeting)
