Are the ethical problems with Alito enough for a filibuster?

I was reading the Vanguard/Alito stuff. http://www.boston.com/business/articles/2005/11/03/plaintiff_alleges_alito_conflict/

It seems to me that there are some problems with Alito
- Lying to the Senate during his last nomination
- Conflict of Interest (not recusing himself before judgment)
- Problems with his judgment in the Vanguard case.

With all the current ethical problems (Delay, Abramoff, Frist, etc) that are occurring,
it's time now to take a stand for ethics for all of our leaders in Washington DC.
This would be a brilliant move for the democrats in the Senate.

Am I missing something?

Tim
