When you WRITE your Senator, Dont Forget LETTERS to EDITOR!

The newsapapers are probably going to have the obligatory "dem says/gop says" editorial spreads about Scalito soon. And a whole lot of people on newspaper staffs are going to be pro-choice. So, when you are composing your masterpieces of persuasive prose for Senate Dems and pro-Choice Republicans, be sure to write a letter to the editor of your local paper.

Volume is important. Remember, we are in the majority in this issue, even though the TV news media pretends we are not. Some people may be afraid to voice their support for Roe v. Wade for fear of appearing fringe. So be sure to stress that a majority of Americans support choice. Dont shy away from abortion. This is the issue has people the most afraid of Alito (the number opposed to him in a recent poll goes from the 30's to 51% if he is going to overturn Roe).
