1. Not Ben Nelson...he's already said that he's going to vote for Alito
Because Ben Nelson is a good Republican that's why...check his voting record out.

2. Byrd may be up for reelection
but as a West-by-God-Virginian, I can tell you he'd win a race even if he was running against Jesus H. Christ.

Nonetheless, please feel free to encourage him to filibuster. I have.

We need 41 Democrats.

Ben Nelson has already said there won't be a filibuster. So have Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins and Lincoln Chafee

4. I think chafee said he hasn't decided, but I wouldn't count on him
As jimmy stewart said in mr. smith goes to washington, just another lost cause

What I would like to see is a filibuster, the pukes to exercise the nuke option, and the dems to get control in 2006 with the nuke option in tack

eventually what goes around will come around for these scum of the earth

3. damn, it doesn't look good
The only ones I think will support a filibuster for sure are Byrd, inouye. For the others, no way. Most of landrieu's constituents have been scattered all over the country since the hurricaine

8. Don't give up on Nelson...Keep bombarding him with e-mails and calls...
That's what Flyarm was told to do when she called Biden's office.

Peace.
