Republicans are trying to portray themselves as Dems or Moderates...
to win in 2006. If they win, they will become more arrogant and hateful , plus they will cause more destruction in this country in and others. They will feel like they are unstoppable. They are showing up on all kinds of talk shows pretending to critize the hard right, when in reality they really are the hard right.

1. To find out what they really feel
watch the McGlaughlin Group on PBS on Friday nights. That's always been a blatantly far right program since its inception, and I've noticed the Bush-appointed ombudsman does nothing about what they say. They were gloating Friday over Alito. Like many here, they said Roe wouldn't be overturned because it gets out the voters for the repukes-but that it would wind up so restricted that it would be virtually worthless.

2. Any Republican Senator who votes for Alito is going to have a very
difficult time of selling that crap to the public. So, the litmus test when they get on those shows is, "How would you have voted for Alito?" If they can say that they had no problem with the man, then they're no moderate.

4. They don't care they are drunk with power...
and if they win any more seats this fall, it will get to be worser than it is now, so talk to anyone you know to get them to realize what this election means to the country, and discuss their dirty tricks or the slight of hand tricks that they play right in front of your eyes.
