8. rice. Keep promoting the incompetent, that is their motto. |
|
When has any news organization bothered to give a close look to her tenure as NSC?
She ignored the warnings she received from the Clinton team; she ignored the warnings that our own intel gave them; she ignored facts, knowledge suspicions, AND she was ignorant about the true nature of the world. If anyone has read State of war, The Secret History of the CIA and the Bush Administration, it explains her abilities in plain, simple, terms. Of course she will be promoted.

22. If they try to do this and put Rice in, their chickens will come home to |

roost - the racism and divisiveness that they've stocked and capitalized on will come down on them like a ton of bricks.
The Republican base talks a good game and tolerates some of the "good" colored folks as long as they stay in their place. But they will not tolerate having a black woman in such a position of power, regardless how much of their bidding she's done in her career.

One of the reasons they get herded in is that the Republicans have consistently fed into their notions of racial superiority. They are much more concerned about race than party - remember that many of these people left the Democratic Party because they objected to its position on civil rights.
I believe that for every Republican bigot who would hold their nose and vote for Rice because she's a Republican above all, there are 3 who would vote for Hillary Clinton herself before casting their vote for a n-gg-er.

head for the NeoCon Cabal. They wouldn't have any problem with Condi as President. When the Cabal gets enough power, they will abandon the fundy Christians and wacko's. Like Hitler did to the brown shirts.

42. I agree the choice in such a case would be Condi Rice... |
|
In most polls she sits at number three in a GOP primary, beneath John McCain and Rudy Giuliani. McCain would never be the choice -- I think we all know that -- and Giuliani and Bush's cabal have had a falling out ever since the Bernard Kerik debacle.
Rice is the obvious choice.
