Poll question: Which event signalled point of no return for the RW take-over of the US |
|
At which point did they gain a death grip that will eventually lead to the fall of the republic? Which event sent us past the point where we as citizens could regain the country?

They've been able to use "fear" since that day.
It's definitely my number one choice too.

5. I chose JFK . . . but . . . |
|
. . . all of these event were critical. The cabal has been striving for this very point in history since the mid-fifties. Lord Pissypants' dad is the one common denominator in all of them, BTW.
God, this is gonna be quite a year.

8. 1993 - when Clinton sided with Greenspan over Kerry and kept books closed |
|
on BCCI.
Had those books been opened as Kerry was working for, the entire BFEE and their agenda would have been revealed and terror, as an issue, would have had the sunlight and attention to be averted WITHOUT WAR.

They stole it then and it worked so well they did it again in 2004. It was the one thing they did that really worked for them imho.

...Bill Clinton sealed the deal with the Monica scandal. Don't get me wrong...I'd give anything to have him back now. But I think he was the reason so many so many swing voters went Republican in 2000. He helped the cause.

15. Sorry, I must disagree |

you're probably correct that it helped the cause, but it should have been clear in 1994 that the "swing voters" had all gone over.

11. The definite marker for me was the GA/MN/CO results in 02. |
|
The machines had definitely begun to determine the results of elections and nobody with a public voice gave a damn.
After that it has been all a grassroots movement and that's all it's likely to be until it becomes so strong that it can't be ignored by anybody in either party.

20. 1944 ouster of Wallace as Democratic VP |
|
The next year Truman took over when FDR died, and the US became the beast bestriding the world to where we are spending half of the world's expenditures on armaments. I know things would have gone similarly even if it didn't happen for some reason, but it's a sign of things.
Perhaps the US is lost, but the world is not yet lost.

Interesting post, though. No, seriously. Not that many people are willing to criticize Truman--look out, man. The Cult of Truman fans around here will come and get you for sure. :-) I think Truman was very flawed, but I don't like to post about it. You intrigue me, newbie. Stick around.

the worst, in my opinion. In the battle for whether or not justice or reality will ever be anything except suppressed in this country again, the most permanent loss was his death, and its ongoing cover-up.

29. Important Benchmarks - it was kind of hard to decide which to vote |
|
ultimately, i realized I had to vote for the 2000 election as the point of no return in terms of the deliberate will and expression of decision by the citizens vis a vis our vote.
but the other benchmarks are important watershed events as well in terms of changing the course of history - and each of those changes were engineered at the hands of a cabal completely unaccountable to the citizens and our intentions.
