Trent Lott to announce tomorrow whether he will seek reelection
He will announce in his home town of Pascagoula then go to the state capitol of Jackson. He's 64 and his family is split whether he should run again. Some want him to stay and rebuild after Katrina, others think he should go back to Washington.

Interestingly, because of the hurricane damage to his home, trent says he needs more money then he could make in the Senate so he is contemplating making much more money by returning to Washington as a LOBBYIST. What a guy!

2. But, George promised him they would rebuild his house.
Does this mean he doesn't believe him either?

4. Trent retireing sounds like a win-win situation for everyone
He gets to take his high paying lobbyist job and Mike Moore gets elected to the US Senate.

5. This is going to be
Big news. Because if Lott does decide to retire and Moore jumps in the race this seat goes from safe Repub to toss-up
