As much as I love Wes Clark, I just can't stand to watch Pox News. BTW, when did Bill Hemorrhoid start working there?

2. Me either.. I HATE that the General is on Faux....
Because unless I hear about it here.. or over at Fox Hound, I have no clue what he's up to....

I know he accepted the gig because of money.. but why in the hell did it have to be FAUX???

General Clark mentioned on his chat @ his site that Faux will not allow him to appear on the other networks..

So.. until his contract is up.. I won't see him.. I agree with ocelot, you're gonna have to fill us in!

3. I don't think he's doing it for the money at all.
He's made it pretty clear that he wants to reach people who wouldn't otherwise listen to a Democrat, instead of just preaching to the choir. So, good for him, and I hope it works. I just can't stand to let Faux's creepy electrons defile my teevee.

5. Yeah.. *sigh* .... I suppose it's a good thing in some respects...
I just hate that he's on a channel that my tv has only been on once.. and that's when the dog laid on the channel changer by accident...

I miss General Clark..

8. Agree. Money is only a small part of it.
He's always wanted to educate a certain segment of people (the kind of people he grew up with) about what Bush is really up to. That's why, during the '04 general election, he use to tell us to call into those right-wing talk shows. Being a General, he wouldn't ask us to do something that he wouldn't do. He says he "likes going into the lions den". (By the way, I have NEVER called into those right-wing shows. I'm not a General and I couldn't stomach it).

As for money, he's got his hands full working with James Lee Witt Assoc. on disaster relief, and a bunch of other stuff as well.

4. I handle it by setting my VCR a little ahead of time and then
I make sure it records a bit past the time that Clark is scheduled to be on, cause the timing for his appearances is often "give or take" ten minutes either way. Then, of course, I only look at the good parts. That way I don't have to hear about the missing girl in Aruba, etc.

What he said today, concerning Iran, was once again chilling. He really went after the Bush regime for stupidly going into Iraq, which in turn, caused Iran to escalate their nuclear program. He said that Bush is reaping what he sowed and we Americans are being dragged along with him.

6. Is he going to join the "let's have another war" chorus
or will he echo Gore's speech about the threat to the Constitution?

Time will tell...

7. Clark has been adamantly against what Boosh is doing
just as he opposed the invasion of Iraq. What he's saying is that he's afraid it will happen anyhow.

9. kick
For those who might be interested in hearing what Gen Clark has to say today....And true about Gen Clark not asking us to do something he wouldn't be willing to do himself...but I must admit, I've never have the guts or courage to call in to any right wing talk show myself. I'd just be so timid and scared, they'd rip me to shreds...No way could I hold my own anywhere near what the General can do.
