oh no....not another GORE for PRES 2008 thread...... |
|
....but yeah.....here it is:
GORE 2008
he beat the shit out of the chimp once, he can take anyone the repuke party of filth puts up. if he continues to talk the way he did yesterday, and doesn't pull any punches in a presidential run, he could get to the whitehouse and fix up every fuckup the disaster president has caused.

1. But can he only serve one term? |
|
I mean, he was already elected once. If he's elected in '08, that will be his second time. He can't be elected a third time, can he?

2. so does this mean bush can run again since he wasn't elected? |
|

3. Beat the shit out of him? Not really. |
|
Gore should have won in 2000 regardless of what happened in Florida. To say that he 'beat the shit out the chimp' is a HUGE exaggeration. Gore made some fundamental mistakes that cost him the presidency. Does Gore deserve another chance? I don't know but he did sound pretty good yesterday.
personally, I think it's time for new blood. First let's concentrate on 2006 then we can talk about 2008.

7. good points...all of them |
|
but, remember, gore was battling a media that was portraying him as a liar while they were fellating bush. bush said the same 2 or 3 things over and over again yet the media sucked up to him. with a fair distribution of information and truth, the chimp would not have stood a chance.

Show me some new blood that can hold a candle to Al Gore and I'm right behind you.
So far I've seen no one who meets this standard. Feingold might, but he needs closer scrutiny and I don't personally think he will appeal to as many swing voters as Gore does. Anyone else you have in mind?

5. I agree with you 100%... |

There's a lot of dems that underestimate Gore. I think he would be a lot better president than Clinton was. When you see all the Bushpukes bad mouthing him so quickly after his speech you know he hit a home run. This Country needs somneone like Gore right now.
