Why, I bet the testosterone is flowing as they anticipate the opportunity to kick some raghead ass. Good for us that such fearless warriors exist to do what John Kennedy and John Kerry and John Murtha and other valiant Americans have done; fight for one's country on the battlefield. A couple of months ago in Santa Barbara there was a telling juxtaposition.

We of Veterans for Peace were raising the Arlington West memorial in the sand, as we do every week. Vets from America's wars, WW2 to Iraq, paying tribute to those whose lives have been wasted in Iraq.

Just up the road, a gathering of healthy Young Republicans in support of the war, none of whom deemed his or her own life worth risking.

Gibbon said "the timid are ever tyrants" (or words to that effect). Cowards, likewise, when entrusted with military power are ever ready to spend the lives of others, and the children of others.

they are on a message board and not fighting the war they so approve of. The typical response is they have a blown out knee.

After all, there are troops with prostheic limbs over in Iraq. They are
calling up retirees in their 50's to serve.

If nothing else, they should qualify for desk duty, "blown knees" and all.
Tell them that as you give them the address of their local recruiting office.

My 24 year old neighbor was asked the same thing from this "anti-American" piece of shit:) His response was he "Has a family at home he can't leave, otherwise he would enlist"

That was to easy, i turned shoulder and walked away.
