DNC Response vs. RNC Response
Compare and contrast these two responses, one from the DNC after Senator Reid closed the senate on the phase II investigation stonewall, the other is the RNC response to Al Gore's historic speech:

Democratic National Committee Communications Director Karen Finney today issued the following statement:

"Last night, on the same day they were handed two major election losses, it was disturbing to see the Republicans using the typical smear and fear tactics that voters so soundly rejected. Instead of ignoring the concerns of the American people, Senator Reid is standing up and demanding the answers the American people deserve. The decision to go to war is an extremely important decision, and the American people deserve to know whether there was a White House conspiracy to manipulate intelligence to build support for the war, discredit those who tried to tell the truth, and cover up that smear campaign."

The RNC's response to Gore's speech:

"Al Gore's incessant need to insert himself in the headline of the day is almost as glaring as his lack of understanding of the threats facing America. While the president works to protect Americans from terrorists, Democrats deliver no solutions of their own, only diatribes laden with inaccuracies and anger."

Notice the nature of the RNC response. It is insulting, rank, almost childish, filled with anger and hate. While the DNC response discusses the fact that the American people deserve to know the answers. The DNC response is one that I am proud of. If I were a true republican I would be embarrassed!

It is obvious that the Republicans don't care about anything but their own hold on power.

The fact that Al Gore, a former Vice-President, Senator, and Vietnam veteran, gets this kind of treatment from the RNC shows us all the true content of their character.

RNC = freeper

These people are mean, nasty, and un-American.
