Metaphors Hillary could have used instead of "Plantation" - although... |
|
..I think "plantation" was pretty damn accurate:
* an 18th century sweatshop * the H.M.S. Bounty * the Third Soviet Congress of the Toilers of the East * a Saudi public hearing * an Enron stockholders' meeting
You get the point. But Hillary's critics don't.

3. Hillary did us a big favor here |

Among other things, it gave us one one more chance to point out the hypocrisy of the media. The numerous postings of the long list of uses of the term by right wingers without media objection may start compelling the media to consult the blogosphere and do a little thinking before publishing their knee jerk criticism of anything Democratic.

4. About Hillary's critics, It must be hitting them where it hurts |
|
The truth can be painful and those guilty of the crime usually are the ones who feel the pain from the truth most. I think more Dem's need to use similar rhetoric. It is time for the comparisons of Bu$h to Hitler to come mainstream. Unless these people are called out many sheep will continue to buy their Bull Shit.

5. Newt Gingrich was the first to use "plantation" to refer to Democratic |

Congress back in the early 1990s.
If the GOP can say "plantation," so can we.

... folks, get it through your heads - the more on-target the comment, the more the right wing noise echo chamber reverberates.
Now is not the time to tone down the rhetoric, it is the time to escalate it. The RWNEC is already near overdrive, soon it will sound downright ridiculous to lots of people, and that is good for us.

shouting "liberal plantation" for years, trying to excuse why people accurately see them as racist shitheads.

11. Hillary knew exactly what she was doing...and exactly what she was saying. |
|
She knew what would resonate with her audience the most...plantation is the exact right word to use here...and her audience clearly agreed with her.
