1. I saw this a little while ago
It'll probably outshine the wonderful Democratic performance today all over the news tonight.

2. Gee - right when news about Bush killing the 2002 Abramoff probe comes out
I don't believe in coincidences.

3. This guy has/had nothing better to do, so many years after
the fact?
I knew about this because a freeper pal clued me in. Must be a HUGH! talking point on Rush and O'Lielly. And I'm SERIES!

4. No wonder it's been deep-sixed for so long
I know nothing of the report's veracity, but whether it's accurate or not it's still a hot potato.

Peace.

6. They Must Have a Pantry Full of Goodies
they can pull out when needed.

Well, we've said all along, whether they are Republican or Democrat, they know better and should be punished.

Of course, there won't be many left in Washington, but what the hey!

5. Well, let's have a special prosecutor for just one member of the
BFEE, give them $25 million, and a decade, and see what they can come up with. What rubbish! This crap has gone on and on.

13. That is the real issue - can we have a muti million
dollar investigation on the intelligence that got us into the Iraq war? Just for example. Warrantless wire taps.... special executive orders that may be unlawful.... If sex is not involved it gets no attention.

7. Yes, this and the Newsweek article.
Guess the Democrats should shut up huh? Whatever, more smoke, they spent tens of millions investigating Clinton, impeached him for a BJ and now this.

Dredging up more crap about Clinton doesn't excuse the current crime wave.

9. Let's see, Cisnero paid a mistress secret money
to keep quiet and he didn't inform the IRS? That is the best I can figure out and that someone in the Clinton admin. tried to get rid of the investigation? Isn't that what you get paid to do as an atty. get your clients charges dismissed? Apparently no legislation was altered due to this action. No one got rich off the deal (except maybe the mistress). I am not sure how serious this is since it appears to be a tax and mistress issue.

10. It also comes close to old news.
I am lot more interested in the moment. What Clinton did or didn't do is one thing what * is or isn't doing is quite another IMHO. The difference needs to be emphasized unmercifully, something DUers are quite good at. Mercilessness, like Ming!

18. Republicans are mental about Clinton.
They just cannot let it go. Whenever my freeper relatives start with "Well, Clinton did _______________." as some ass backwards defense for anything Bush is doing, I always calmly say, "I am not talking about Clinton. That was ten years ago. I am talking about now and Bush." I do not get dragged into an argument about whether or not Clinton was a good President or what he may or may not have done. So far, this has turned out to be a wonderful tactic for reducing freepers to silence.

15. The question is why $23 million and 11 years spent investigating this?

was way less than $23 million.

12. If you say CLINTON next to scandal /cover up
enough times maybe it will stick. After all it worked for Hussein and 9/11.

It looks like McClellan finally got something right when he said, "Sounds like the political season may be starting early." Of course he was talking about the wrong situation.

14. And how many millions did Cisneros pay to make this so important?
For that matter, if it was his own money he paid, who gives a fuck? The only person in trouble would be the mistress, for unreported income.

17. This amounts to covering up another SEX scandal.
The fascists who apparently have no problem with cheating, lying and funnelling tax payer money on for all sorts of international intrigue which only ends up harming human lives or livilhoods, pales in comparison to covering up for sex.

i mean sex is so evil, it's shakes the very foundations and pillars of our democracy!

Otherwise, he shout STFU.
