My Letter from Rep. Case responding to my call to impeach Bush
Tell me what you think of this response.....

Thank you for contacting me regarding H.Res. 635, H.Res. 636, and H.Res. 637. I will certainly be attentive to your support for these initiatives as and when they move through the legislative process.

The positions and actions of the current administration on a range of issues are questionable not only on policy grounds but also from a legal perspective. That is why I view the upcoming second session of the 109th Congress as especially difficult and crucial as we accelerate public debate nationally, seek to reassert checks and balances in the legislative branch, and facilitate review of the administration's actions in the judicial branch.

Thank you for caring about our country and our government.
Please continue to keep me informed of your thoughts.

With aloha,

ED CASE
United States
Congressman
Hawaii,
Second District

1. It sounds like Mr. Case is not only supportive
of the resolutions, but he is fairly certain that they will move through the legislature. Is he a repub congressman? I think there are many old-school conservatives and repub moderates that are as sick of * as we are. I think that was a positive response!
