I wanted to compare and contrast that to the democrats and hopefully lambast them in a LTTE. Haven't found an actual plan yet. Little help here please?

I know they've been all over the place talking about it, but I haven't seen a link to anything specific.

I have been searching for and have only found scattered documents at the house. Doesn't seem like an organized reform. Please tell me the DNC's plan is better. Thanks again.
