Poll question: How are the Democrats doing as far as opposition to Bush?
There is the War on Terror/Iraq, corruption (Abramoff and many others), the domestic surveillance scandal, the recess appointments, and many other issues.

So what do you think of the Democrats responses? Do you have some particular Dems that you admire.

I like Senator Feingold's positions and statements a lot-and I'm an independent voter.

2. Not bad recently.
But I voted "Confused" because Dem opposition is still spotty and uncoordinated.

We'll see what happens with Alito. Reid may be trying to pull another "Rope-a-dope" with the Repugs. I hope that's the case and that we'll yet see the filibuster rear its head. It seems that the Dems are very united--with the exception of Nelson(FL)--against our fine feathered Samuel. If that's true, and the filibuster happens, if we can keep fewer than two or three turncoats, Alito will fail. Then, there's always the chance that one or two Repugs will uphold the filibuster, but I won't hold my breath.

BTW, I've joined a few 'Feingold for President' groups and am taking a wait-and-see stance.
Gotta support our fellow Cheeseheads!
