I'm not exactly sure which one to choose here. Any advice?

CSPAN Capital News Poll Of The Day

What should be the top priority in lobbying reform?

* Ban privately funded travel

* Bar lobbying by lawmaker family members

* Better disclosure of lobbyist spending

* Disclose job talks as lawmakers leave Congress

* Extend prohibition on lobbying by fmr. lawmakers

* Impose criminal penalties for lobbying violations

* Prohibit gifts to lawmakers

* Stop forcing lobbying firms to hire partisan staff

4. I Picked Criminal Penalties...I Think That's The Most Important...
The real best remedy would be public financing to make all this money unnecessary then it would be people's ability to help candidates get elected by grass roots campaigning that would have the biggest effect and get lawmakers to listen to them...
