Anyone else notice that the Osama tape is only in the non-Arabic press?

I've been looking for Arabic News sites that are reporting the "New Bin Laden Tape," and I'm finding very little.

I did finally find one at this link:

And when I ran it through a Arabic to English (computer) translation at this site: <http://www.systranbox.com/systran/box> This is what it says:
