1. They are trying to put trigger laws in place.

Any current prosecution would be invalid; but it looks to me as if they are putting laws in place to become effective when and if "Roe" is overturned.

I was at the Statehouse yesterday for the Howard Dean press conference and to congratulate my friend, Dr. Joyce Beatty as being named the Ohio House Minority Leader.

I will get the announcement of when the Health Committee is meeting on this issue. I'm on the mailing list.......I'm guessing that it will go thru the Health Committee but you never know with these guys. I'll keep my pulse on it.
