Down here in SCETV country (South Carolina) we just had a show on called "Southern Lens" focusing on the uses of industrial hemp. An amazing show, demonstrating (in addition to the stuff about current politics of why we are the only country not growing this industrially, and how it would help local industrial as well as farming communities) the aweful (sic) destructive power of lobbyists (chemical/plastics corporations) combined with venal cabinet members (in this case Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon, banker to the industry).
If you get a chance to see this episode of Southern Lens, grasp it. It is a really good documentary.
