Rove: Security will be focus of 2006 campaigns
GOP strategist say Democrats have a 'pre-9/11' worldview
Friday, January 20, 2006; Posted: 2:18 p.m. EST (19:18 GMT)
Embattled White House adviser Karl Rove vowed Friday to make the war on terrorism a central campaign issue in November and said Democratic senators looked "mean-spirited and small-minded" in questioning Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito.

"Republicans have a post-9/11 worldview -- and many Democrats have a pre-9/11 worldview," Rove told Republican activists. "That doesn't make them unpatriotic, not at all. But it does make them wrong -- deeply and profoundly and consistently wrong."

6. There will be no easy win.
Much as it is to be hoped for. To think, or especially, act otherwise would be the height of foolishness.

9. CNN repeating the same old lies
...investigation of lobbyist Jack Abramoff threatens to ensnare at least a half dozen members of Congress of both parties and Bush administration officials.

I'm so sick of them.

14. I think people are beginning to figure out that Clinton did
in fact fight terrorism the right way...going after the terrorists themselves (think Bin Laden) instead of blowing up countries and not getting the ones responsible for terrorism...Alot of people are now asking why they haven't got Bin Laden yet...after 4+ years he's still on the loose and we've spent lives and so much money for no results.

If there is another attack here, we have to drill in the fact that with all ** says he's doing to protect us...it wasn't anymore effective than what he did before 9/11...he's incompetent and doesn't care about protecting anyone but his ass....

16. Remember your repuke doubletalk
Republicans have a Post-9/11 worldview = Republicans favor stealing dictatorial power for themselves, and to hell with the constitution and average Americans.
