They were probably tipped off by Rockefeller or Harman in a round about way. None of them seemed to think they were spied on--at least from what I have heard.

1. well the fact that anyone
was spied on without a court order is wrong and unconstitutional. I just hope that Google stands firm and if necessary goes all the way to the supreme court,as if that will make a difference..Now I believe without a doubt that DU is monitored and if any strong statements are made about * they are on record by chimps spies.

2. I guess you missed the Conyers "hearing" that he was forced to
hold in the basement last week.

Do a search and check it out.

3. I did watch those hearings--Rep. Wexler was about the only elected Dem..
that seemed to get in huff about it. Maybe it's just me, but if all of sudden you find out your phone calls for the past 4 years may have been listened to--don't you fly into a rage.

4. Clinton would have been hung and quartered by now
The outrage is muted as the dems test the waters to assure political safety before venturing in. There should be outrage at the highest decibel.

Bush is breaking the law and thumbing his nose at us. We watch as they continue the coup while the only ones who can defend America against the coup read the polls.

5. I think they're standing with their fingers to the wind.
They are trying to decide which way this will blow in the public opinion arena and are waiting to position themselves on whichever side looks more likely to offend less voters.

discussing the Clinton's both sides must have known that telecommunications privacy was really questionable. The only question in my mind - did they suspect the NSA was working for the GOP (if it has)?
