But the Dems have chosen to go with the flavor of the month, rather than see the big picture again. This is why we will continue to keep getting our behinds spanked by the most corrupt and incompetent government in years.

I just don't get it - Dems seem to continually to ignore lessons learned through losing time and time again. For example, what tactic has Karl Rove showed us time and time again? Reduce a person's strength to a weakness and win the battle. That's why Murtha is needed for the rebuttal. Bush's feet of clay are ready to be cracked and shattered but what do we do? Toss in another person to go after them like a Republican-Lite.

5. Let me ask why Murtha? Apart from NOW disagreeing on

the War in Iraq (which he fully supported until recently), Murtha is a very conservative Democrat who agrees with Bush on an awful lot of issues. Is the State of the Union only going to be about Iraq? Or is the Democratic response?

It is amazing how some can call Murtha the voice of the people because he disagrees with the President on one issue, ironically, one he used to agree with the President on and supported fully the opening of the Pandora's box.

I just don't get it! :shrug:
