If anything Alito will further the power grab by the executive.

The power grab and proclamations of being above the law, or conveniently "redefining" the law so that anything goes and is "legal," has already gotten way beyond anything that should ever be taking place in the United States of America.

The Founding Fathers must be turning over in their graves.

Stop Alito by filibuster if necessary!!
