Now the blog itself is disgusting. It pays homage to the political expertise of making this highly illegal/unconstitutional activity harmlessly necessary.

But the viewer comments below are jawdropping. Nearly EVERY comment blasphemes the government for overstepping its boundaries. The comments keep going... and going...

It will make you feel empowered in light of this incredible abuse of power by the Bush Administration. Just think of what could happen if we had a Democrat majority in Congress.

Here is my favorite comment:

I did not realise the terrorist's have won the war We have fought the Soviet Union for 40 years and never gave up our civil liberties. But our current president is ready to wipe them all out to protect us from terrorist's.
I did not realise the terrorist's have won. I'm sorry mr president, terrorists do not control my life and I do not want you controling my life either. I want to live free from my own government. The last time I checked was their an american citzen that was involved in 9-11 or were they saudi's. Go use your warrantless wiretaps on the saudi citizens. They are the ones who bombed us. By the way we heard from the real culprit for 9-11 just a few days ago. How the hell is he still alive. I am amazed how the person responsible for 9-11 is still arround but our civil rights are now dead.

Impeach blah blah blah... Let Bush's term run it's course. We'll have another president soon, thanks to term limits.

Most of you anti-Bush people are too concerned about the now... Bush's efforts are more long term. Think out of the box, for once.

6. he's right. Bush 's efforts are more long term
They have been planning the coup for years, taking over the media and the courts and the legislature. Making "liberal" a dirty word. They studied Hitler and Vietnam--not to see how avoid another one, but to see how to succeed at the take-overs.

Jason is right. What Bush and his PNAC buddies are doing to America will be felt for generations to come.

4. Wow! Not many respondents agree with Bush's wiretapping policy.
I thought the polls showed that the majority of Americans believe he is doing the right thing. At least, that's what all the RW pundits maintain.

5. Wow
That is truly an amazing read. I doubt Andrea Mitchell will do anything with it though.

7. Mitchell and O'Donnell
are clearly in the minority. They are on the side of the fascists.
