Abramoff - Richard C Clarke |
|
Does anyone else think it's tragically ironic that Jack Abramoff, according to Scotty, was able to attend "staff-level meetings" at the White House, but former CounterTerrorism Chief Richard C. Clark was unable to get anyone to meet with him about al Quaeda prior to 9/11?
Why didn't Clarke just offer $100,000 for the meeting? That seems to work.....
Thanks to my wife Bonnie for the connection.

How about if we had a fund to buy off judges in exchange for them allowing sworn whistle-blower testimony?

the traditionally accepted amount for a staff meeting. To bribe your way into a president-to-president meeting is cheap at $ 9 million. I do wonder, though, if any of the 9 mil was paid im blood diamonds.

11. Maybe he should have asked one of the tribes to help him get an |
|
audience to report his findings.
I can't wait to hear what Clarke has to say about Cheney and Hayden saying that they could have identified operatives before 9-11 if they had had TSP (that is TSP, Dick style, not the stuff you use to wash your walls before you paint). When you think about it Dick and Michael H are painting, aren't they?

|
So, how can you compare apples to oranges? Maybe we should take up a collection and see if we can buy enough republicans to impeach the miserable failure's ass.
Good catch, Bonnie
